South-South and Triangular Cooperation (SSTC) has increasingly been recognized as one of the most efficient and effective means of exchanging technical know-how and experiences among countries of the South. FAO has embraced South-South and Triangular Cooperation (SSTC) as an important instrument to catalyse agricultural development, food security, nutrition, rural development, and poverty reduction over the past decades.
DAYU Irrigation participated and shared The first high-efficiency water-saving irrigation project for farmland in China—the PPP project of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation in Yuanmou County, Chuxiong Prefecture, Yunnan Province
“Yuanmou Model” refers to Dayu’s Irrigation based on farmland water saving projects, realizing the operation of farmland water conservancy facilities, and providing farmers with value-added services such as scalable water and fertilizer integration, planting technical guidance, and order-based agriculture docking. “Yuanmou Model” will realize the transformation and upgrading of Dayu Company from an engineering contractor to an agricultural technology operation service Provider.
